Confidence needed for career change

The gap between the level of confidence you wish you had, and the level of confidence you actually have, stops too many people creating change in their career. Confidence never comes first. It is a by-product of taking action. And these actions are usually tiny, micro actions that have you continue to work on, not just in your career.
